Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents. Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed. Support staff in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars. Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry as required. Greet visitors and ensure front desk activities are carried out smoothly. Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and housekeeping staff.
