The successful candidate will have experience in preparing and submitting building plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and submit building plans, drawings, and documents for Panchayath Municipality building permits. 2. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards. 3. Conduct site visits and surveys as necessary to gather information for plan preparation. 4. Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements. 5. Review and respond to queries from Panchayath Municipality authorities. 6.
