Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager, located in Gurugram. The Customer Relations Manager will handle day-to-day tasks including managing customer relationships, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include developing strategies to improve customer service, overseeing customer service procedures, and liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in developing customer service strategies and resolving customer issues
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in the travel industry or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
