Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Consultant located in Gurugram. The Sales and Service Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, consulting with clients to help them find the best travel solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling inquiries effectively. The role will also include daily tasks like analyzing travel trends, coordinating with other team members, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
