Job Overview:

CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

    Act as the primary point of contact for customers until the property registration, serving as their dedicated Relationship Manager.
  • Deal Management:

    Document the entire deal in the SFDC system, including cost sheets, booking forms, and all transaction details.
  • Cost Sheet Preparation & Booking Forms:

    Accurately prepare cost sheets and fill booking forms as per SFDC guidelines.
  • Payment Calculation & Explanation:

    Clearly explain payment structures, GST, stamp duty, and milestones to customers, ensuring complete transparency.
  • Follow-ups & Payment Reminders:

    Consistently follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and send reminders when required.
  • Process Guidance:

    Guide customers through the complete property buying process, including assistance with loan applications if needed.
  • Documentation Management:

    Prepare and manage all relevant paperwork (Cost Sheets, Contracts, Blank Drafts, CC, LOI documents), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordination with Closing Team:

    Work closely with the closing team to finalize deals smoothly and ensure payments are correctly processed.
  • Knowledge of Financials:

    Calculate GST, stamp duty, and final payable amounts accurately; provide clarity to customers regarding financial obligations.
  • Customer Support:

    Resolve customer queries promptly and provide end-to-end support until registration.
  • Knowledge of Company Profile:

    Stay well-versed with the company’s offerings and positioning to represent Roswalt Realty effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in

    Customer Relationship Management

    , preferably in real estate.
  • Hands-on experience with

    SFDC (Salesforce CRM)

    – must be proficient.
  • Strong knowledge of

    real estate documentation

    , including cost sheets, booking forms, CC, LOI, contracts, and payment records.
  • Familiarity with

    GST, stamp duty, and loan application processes

    .
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in payment management and real estate customer-facing roles preferred.
