Customer Relations Manager

As a CRM Executive for Post-Booking Operations at Propacity, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and ensuring a seamless experience post-booking. Your responsibilities will include handling agreement documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate a smooth post-sales journey for our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers post-booking, managing all agreement-related documentation such as sale agreements, demand letters, and allotment letters. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be essential as you maintain up-to-date records in both Excel and the CRM system. Communication skills are key as you liaise with legal teams, developers, and customers to ensure timely execution of agreements and provide proactive updates on pending actions and required documents. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in real estate post-sales operations, customer service, or CRM roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are crucial. Knowledge of real estate agreements and documentation will be advantageous. Prior experience in a real estate company, broker firm, or property management service is preferred, along with familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho or Salesforce and an understanding of legal processes and RERA documentation.
