Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Skills Required:-

• Proven experience in customer relationships, client handling, problem solving and coordination, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in import-export documentation, and awareness of Incoterms, and international logistics procedures and industry regulations
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in cross selling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiar with Microsoft office, Google drive and Google- sheets.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong followup skills
• Self motivated, agile and proactive and results oriented

KRAs:-

• Virtually ensuring smooth inbounds and outbounds with coordination with internal teams
• Resolve customer complaints and grievances immediately
• Communication with domestic & international clients to receive and process orders
• Oversee the accounts of assigned clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and renew contracts with clients.
• Cross-selling and upselling of other products and services
• Maintaining financial health and receivables of customer accounts and ensuring timely payments
• Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, warehousing, customs clearance, and finance to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
