Customer Onboarding Specialist

As a Software Product Trainer (SaaS) at our company, your role will involve delivering engaging product training sessions to new customers, internal teams, and channel partners. Your primary goal will be to ensure that users have a clear understanding of our platform, can navigate it confidently, and utilize it effectively to address their business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct product training sessions for new customers, partners, and internal teams. - Develop onboarding materials such as video tutorials, how-to guides, and user manuals. - Customize training programs to cater to the specific needs of different audiences (e.g., beginners, advanced users, internal teams). - Support product launches by educating users on new features and updates. - Gather feedback from training sessions to enhance delivery and materials. - Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to maintain content alignment. - Update the knowledge base or Learning Management System (LMS) with current training content. - Create and enhance training materials, including manuals, slide decks, and e-learning modules. - Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance metrics. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in SaaS product training, customer onboarding, or technical education. - Excellent communication, public speaking, and instructional design skills in English and Tamil. - Strong understanding of software applications and technical training. - Ability to simplify complex features into easily understandable concepts. - Proficiency in utilizing training tools such as Loom, Canva, Notion, or LMS platforms. - Sound knowledge of SaaS products and customer workflows. - Capability to create and deliver engaging training sessions. - Proficiency in developing training materials and working with LMS. - Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
