Customer Onboarding Specialist

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Conducting Onboarding Sessions: Guiding new customers through the initial stages of using the product/service, including account setup, product tours, and demonstrations. - Providing Product Training: Educating customers on the features and functionalities of the product/service, helping them understand how to use it effectively. - Solving Technical Issues: Assisting customers with technical problems and questions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. - Optimizing Product Setup: Working with customers to optimize their product setup for their specific needs and goals, helping them achieve desired outcomes quickly. - Collecting and Relaying Feedback: Capturing customer feedback on the onboarding process and relaying it to relevant teams (product, sales, support) to improve future experiences. - Collaborating with Teams: Working with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless onboarding experience. - Creating Onboarding Resources: Developing and maintaining onboarding documentation, training materials, and other resources to support customers. - Measuring and Improving Onboarding Success: Tracking key onboarding metrics and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Promoting Customer Advocacy: Helping foster a positive customer relationship and encouraging customers to advocate for the product/service.
