Role Overview: As a Software Product Trainer (SaaS) at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging product training sessions to new customers, internal teams, and channel partners. Your primary objective will be to ensure that users comprehend the value of our platform, navigate it with confidence, and utilize it effectively to meet their business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct product training sessions for new customers, partners, and internal teams. - Develop onboarding materials such as video tutorials, how-to guides, and user manuals. - Customize training programs to cater to different audience needs (beginners, advanced users, internal teams). - Assist with product launches by educating users on new features and updates. - Gather feedback from training sessions to enhance delivery and materials. - Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to maintain content alignment. - Update and manage the knowledge base or Learning Management System (LMS) with current training content. - Create training materials, including manuals, slide decks, and e-learning modules. - Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance metrics. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in SaaS product training, customer onboarding, or technical education. - Strong communication, public speaking, and instructional design skills in English and Tamil. - Proficient in software applications and technical training. - Ability to simplify complex features in a clear and engaging manner. - Familiarity with training tools like Loom, Canva, Notion, or LMS platforms. - Good understanding of SaaS products and customer workflows. - Capability to design and deliver captivating training sessions. - Proficiency in creating training materials and utilizing LMS. - Willingness to travel to client locations when necessary.
