Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Leader to join our team at i95dev, a brand of JIVA InfoTech. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement customer experience strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.
Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs.
Monitor and report on customer experience metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization to ensure ongoing growth and innovation.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in leading customer experience initiatives with a strong track record of success.
Strong understanding of customer experience principles, trends, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
Experience with customer experience tools and technologies is an asset.
