Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Associate located in Kozhikode/ Kochi. The role involves providing exceptional customer support and enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Daily responsibilities include ensuring positive customer experiences, maintaining professional phone etiquette, managing customer service activities effectively, and proactively identifying improvements to optimize guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience management.
• Excellent skills in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining positive relations with clients.
• Exceptional Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to resolve issues effectively and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Malayalam and English, is a plus.
