Are you passionate about wellness, relationship building, and client success As a Customer Engagement Wellness associate, youll be the trusted face of Digit for wellness-focused clients. Your role will center around driving satisfaction, retention, and business growth through thoughtful engagement and strategic solutioning in the health insurance space.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
Business Expansion: Identify and seize growth opportunities within current accounts to drive renewals, cross-sells, and upsells of wellness solutions.
Wellness Solutions Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to customize and implement wellness initiatives that are aligned with client needs and strategic goals.
Client Reviews & Feedback: Conduct periodic performance reviews with clients, gather actionable feedback, and ensure continuous value delivery.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on wellness trends, health insurance evolution, and emerging client needs to proactively address business challenges.
Requirements
Experience:
5-7 years of professional experience in healthcare, wellness, or insurance industry
Proven track record in client relationship management or customer success
Education:
Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field
Certifications:

Technology Tools:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication to build trust and convey solutions clearly
Assertiveness: Confidence in representing Digit and ensuring client accountability
