Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to deliver leading edge Health & Safety applications with hardware and software components. 

In this role you will be coordinating directly with external customers, internal development teams and the sales team 

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while aligning with business goals and customer needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. 
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. 
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams. 
• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. 
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. 
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). 
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements. 

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. 
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. 
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology, AI and machine learning or related field.  
• Knowledge of Computer Vision AI is advantageous 

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications. 
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams. 
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and business models.
