About the Role(Work from Office)

Note : You must be fluent in either of these languages - Tamil, Malyalam, Marathi, Kannada, Bengali

Zomato is looking for young, energetic, and empathetic problem-solvers who can delight customers at every interaction. This is not just a customer service role it's about having the curiosity, emotional intelligence (EQ), and drive to solve problems while always keeping the customer first.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat with empathy and professionalism.
Understand customer issues, analyze them, and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
Fluency in any regional language is a plus .
Analytical mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
Customer-first approach and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
(day/night) and
5 days/week
with
2 rotational week-offs
.
