Customer Delight Associate

As a Customer Delight Associate at Thrillophilia, your role will involve becoming an expert on fancy travel experiences in and around India. You will provide friendly and efficient customer service to Thrillophilia Travellers, serving as a point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints. It is essential to attempt to resolve all complaints in the first contact. You will need to display excellent customer service skills, identify and overcome rebuttals from customers, demonstrate ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalate when necessary, audit complaints & feedback strategically, create a logical synopsis of the customer's complaint, respond professionally to inbound phone calls, identify process gaps, improve overall process efficiency, arbitrate in situations between tour operators & customers, and proactively work to meet targets and goals. Qualifications required for this role include: - Being super energetic - Loving to communicate with people - Displaying excellent decision-making & customer service skills - Being flexible with the working schedule including weekends, holidays, and events - Holding a graduate degree in any specialization - Being open to working in a startup environment In addition to the exciting responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to make a big business impact on the future of travel.
