Job Description

We are looking for our next Customer Service Champion! As a Customer Delight Associate, you'll be part of a passionate team focused on turning complaints into compliments with speed, heart, and thoughtful problem-solving. As a Customer Delight Associate, your responsibilities will include engaging with our customers across chats, emails, and calls to resolve their queries. You will need to work in rotational shifts as per the business requirements and be present in the office 5 days a week.
