Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Customer Satisfaction:

    Timely response to customer queries, smooth sample registration and report delivery, and building long-term client relationships while maintaining and improving NPS.

  • Business Development:

    Support identification and development of new business opportunities and ensure retention of existing clients to drive revenue growth.

  • MIS & Reporting:

    Prepare meaningful MIS, dashboards, presentations, and customer insights to support management decision-making.

  • Coordination & Operations:

    Work closely with operations and marketing teams to resolve service issues and improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Standards & Performance:

    Ensure adherence to company policies and standards, achieve set goals, improve employee competencies, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to increased business turnover.
