Customer Care Representative

You will be working as an International Customer Service representative at Trigent Software, providing Tier 2 Customer Support service to customers with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, emails, and chats, logging cases accurately, providing recruitment support, offering navigational assistance on self-service portals, ensuring security verifications, making outbound calls as needed, and maintaining high call/data quality standards. You will also be expected to contribute to team communication, adhere to company policies and procedures, update process repositories, and minimize customer complaints and escalations. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and log inbound Calls, Emails, and Chats accurately - Provide recruitment support to candidates following defined processes - Assist customers with navigation on self-service portal - Conduct security verifications as per company policies and GDPR guidelines - Make outbound calls to customers as required - Maintain high call/data quality standards - Communicate openly and regularly with peers and supervisors - Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures - Update process repositories with current information - Ensure punctual attendance as per company policies - Minimize customer complaints and escalations through exceptional service Qualifications: - 10+2, Any Graduate, or Any PG degree - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts - Willingness to work in United States of America time zones - Immediate or 15 days notice period Please note that the work location is in person at Bengaluru (Bellandur) or Mumbai.
