Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-ins with prompt and courteous service.
  • Book appointments, provide test/package information, and assist in report-related queries.
  • Coordinate with lab teams to ensure timely report delivery and service follow-ups.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic MS Office.
