Role Overview

Customer Care Representative

You’ll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, maintaining long-term relationships, and collecting valuable feedback to improve our product.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and friendly support to customers via WhatsApp, email, and chat.
• Guide new clients through onboarding, setup, and best practices for CampaignBot.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with the technical team for quick resolutions.
• Educate users on new features, integrations, and use cases.
• Document common customer issues and help improve internal support resources.
• Collect and share feedback with the product team to enhance user experience.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Bengali/Hindi preferred).
• Prior experience in

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms is desirable.
• Ability to quickly learn new software tools and explain them in simple terms.
