Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an articulate, thoughtful and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team remotely. The role goes beyond routine responses — it calls for someone who can understand customer intent, communicate with empathy, and guide them seamlessly toward a satisfying purchase experience. Daily responsibilities include: - Managing WhatsApp, email, and Instagram queries and conversations - Responding promptly and thoughtfully to customer concerns - Maintaining brand tone and professionalism in all interactions - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction - Building relationships that translate inquiries into meaningful brand experiences Qualifications - Proficiency in Customer Service and Support, with a focus on delivering satisfaction - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal - Fluent in English & Tamil (Telugu or Kannada is a plus) - Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setup - Interest or experience in the textile or fashion industry is an advantage - Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university - A growth mindset — openness to take on expanded responsibilities as the brand grows Compensation : ₹15,000/month (Work-from-home role) At Muhurth, every interaction is an extension of our artistry — we value people who bring thought, warmth, and precision to their work.
