Customer Care Representative

As the primary contact person for all inquiries related to online merchandise/products/ service orders, your role involves providing informative responses to customer inquiries via calls and emails. You will also be responsible for promptly responding to basic website queries through chat or social media. It is essential to effectively communicate the company's policies and related matters to clients when necessary. Your duties will include entering, processing, posting, and managing customer orders according to the company's standard operating procedures. You may need to cancel partial or complete orders upon customer request and assist customers with refunds, returns, shipping policies, and other order-related queries. Additionally, processing customers" replacement orders and following up with customers on various requests are part of your responsibilities. Providing product suggestions, handling product reviews, and resolving customer queries promptly and calmly are crucial aspects of this role. Maintaining daily correspondence, updating the customer database, and providing regular reports and feedback to the management team are also key responsibilities. Staying updated on technical and non-technical product knowledge of KRIOS Kitchens and ensuring a positive rapport with each customer for an interactive online shopping experience are vital for this position.
