Job Description

As the primary contact person for all inquiries related to our online merchandise, products, and service orders, you will be responsible for providing informative responses to call and email inquiries from customers. You will also promptly respond to basic website queries via chat or social media, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information. Your role will involve accurately communicating the company's policies and related matters to clients as needed. You will be responsible for entering, processing, posting, and managing customer orders in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures. Additionally, you will handle order cancellations, refunds, returns, shipping policies, and other order-related queries from customers. You will assist customers with replacement orders, follow up on orders for retail, repair services, after-sale service issues, and other customer requests. By providing product suggestions and upselling opportunities, you will help customers make informed decisions during product selection. Responding to product reviews and resolving customer queries promptly and effectively will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. In order to maintain comprehensive customer records, you will update the customer database with the latest information, including contact details, addresses, emails, and delivery availability. Daily reporting and feedback to management on call issues, customer problems, trending issues, product fixes or improvements, and product services will be essential. To excel in this role, you must stay updated on both technical and non-technical product knowledge of KRIOS Kitchens. Building positive relationships with customers and ensuring an interactive online shopping experience will be key to your success. Your educational qualification should include a bachelor's degree or currently being in any year of graduation in any field. Experience of 0-2 years, excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, multitasking abilities, quick learning skills, knowledge of MS Office, and proficiency in communicating in the local language are all essential requirements.
