We are a fast-growing organization in the customer experience & support domain. We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care team at our Indore office (Vijay Nagar location).

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Maintain customer satisfaction through active listening and empathy
• Update internal systems with customer interactions & case details
• Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, & customer experience
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English; fluent English is an advantage)
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office / typing / CRM basics preferred)
• Customer-focused and positive attitude
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism
• Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply

Eligibility

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
• Maximum Age: 30 years
