Role Overview We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative who is passionate about helping businesses succeed using CampaignBot. You’ll be the first point of contact for our users — assisting them with onboarding, troubleshooting, and maximizing the value they get from our platform. You’ll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, maintaining long-term relationships, and collecting valuable feedback to improve our product. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and friendly support to customers via WhatsApp, email, and chat. Guide new clients through onboarding, setup, and best practices for CampaignBot. Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with the technical team for quick resolutions. Educate users on new features, integrations, and use cases. Document common customer issues and help improve internal support resources. Collect and share feedback with the product team to enhance user experience. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Skills & Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Bengali/Hindi preferred). Prior experience in customer support , technical support , or SaaS environments is a plus. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms is desirable. Ability to quickly learn new software tools and explain them in simple terms. Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
