Manage and resolve customer cases raised via email, app, website, voice and any other sources to full resolution. 2. De-escalate customer concerns, build rapport, and take full ownership of case resolution. 3. Understand and resolve queries by making outbound calls to the customer. 4. Call based resolution communication to customers and conduct post-resolution calls to customers to gather CSAT scores. 5.
