Job Summary As a Customer Care Executive , you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting parents with their queries, guiding them through our sustainable baby essentials, and ensuring they enjoy a smooth and delightful experience with Bawse Baby. Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media with professionalism and empathy. Assist with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges. Provide accurate product and sizing guidance, while highlighting Bawse Baby’s sustainable practices. Resolve complaints promptly by coordinating with internal teams and following up with customers. Collect and share customer feedback to improve products and service. Requirements 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in e-commerce or retail). Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus). Empathetic, patient, and customer-first attitude. Ability to multitask and handle queries across different channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, social media). Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, order management systems). Key Responsibilities Answer and manage customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Provide detailed information about products, sizing, fabric, and usage. Handle order-related queries: order status, returns, exchanges, and delivery updates. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with empathy. Assist in order confirmations and follow-ups. Maintain customer records and update CRM with accurate details. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatches. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service. Promote customer loyalty by providing personalized support and recommendations. Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus). Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Patient, empathetic, and customer-first approach. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).
