Providing excellent customer service to all Rently users. An ideal candidate should be comfortable with handling customer support requests through email, chat, and voice support. Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position has an opportunity for growth in a US-based company.

Daily Tasks:

• Taking care of support requests through voice mediums.

• Maintaining high-quality standards on customer experience

• Making real-time decisions

• Escalating high-level requests to proper internal channels.

Hours:

• Operating in US hours

• Be ready to work on night shifts and during weekends based on the work schedule.
