Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through inbound voice calls in a professional and courteous manner. Your main tasks will include addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing resolutions as per company guidelines. Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and maintaining high-quality service standards will be crucial. You will also handle escalations if required and follow up to ensure the issue is resolved efficiently. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system will be part of your daily responsibilities. Meeting individual and team targets in terms of call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through inbound voice calls. - Address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions. - Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and maintaining high-quality service standards. - Handle escalations, if required, and follow up to ensure efficient issue resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Meet individual and team targets for call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics. Qualification Required: - Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in the International Voice Process or Customer Support role. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong command of English. - Typing speed of 30 WPM with 95% accuracy. - Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment (6 PM to 10 AM). - No more than 3 months of employment gap. - Previous BPO, ex-comms, or international voice experience is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage customer concerns effectively.,
