About The Role ::Greet and Treat the walk-in customers and generate a list of the happy occasions of the customers and their wishes. Share the contact number and offer any time support to the customer. Organizing Customer meets and invites all valuable customers. Discuss the Customer complaints with the works Manager and provide proper solutions. Ensure that the entire customer is providing Instant Feedback through the system. Follow up and provide proper solutions for all difficult cases related to a Service station. Provide an accurate solution for difficult customers. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
