Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and preferences, guiding them in selecting suitable vehicles or services.
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.

Sales Support:

  • Assist customers in the sales process, including pricing, financing, and trade-in options.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

After-Sales Service:

  • Coordinate with the service department to schedule maintenance and repair appointments.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns related to vehicle servicing, warranty, and repairs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles and a hassle-free experience.

Customer Feedback and Resolution:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest automobile models, features, and industry trends.
  • Share product knowledge with customers to help them make informed decisions.

Documentation and Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare and maintain customer records, sales contracts, and related documents.
  • Assist in inventory management and order processing.

Customer Retention:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Engage in follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree may be preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
