We're looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team! You'll be crucial in managing our human resources functions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month + Incentives Fluency in English is preferred , with good command of Hindi.
