Deliver exceptional customer experience by addressing and resolving customer concerns accurately. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately. Work in rotational shifts and adhere to rostered schedules and rotational week-offs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (V6 and above) . Ability to handle international customers with confidence and professionalism. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs . Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply. Freshers and candidates with 1 year of experience in international customer support are encouraged to apply.
