Key Responsibilities of the selected candidate: Business Development Manager (BDM): Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis. Generate high-quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline. Client Relationship & Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Serve as the point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the business development team. Set clear objectives and ensure team alignment with company goals. Deal Closure: Drive the sales process from initial contact to final deal closure. Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet both client expectations and company goals. Business Growth: Identify and execute growth opportunities in new and existing markets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions. Sales & Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns. Develop and implement strategies that increase market share and profitability.
