About NJ Asset Management:

NJ asset management is a 100% subsidiary of NJ India Invest. Its the asset management arm of the group having mutual funds business and PMS business.

Job Title:

  1. Handle PMS-related queries and complaints received via calls.
    Deliver a customer delight experience to investors, distributors, and the sales team contacting the call center.
  2. Resolve all queries within defined TAT, providing interim updates and final resolutions.
  3. Identify root causes of recurring issues and submit reports for permanent resolution.
  4. Call back customers whose calls were disconnected due to queue or hold time.
  5. Escalate and report all queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  6. Maintain and update process documents, help files, and trending FAQs on the website and internal desk.
  7. Prepare various MIS reports (regulatory and non-regulatory).
  8. Reach out to investors, distributors, and sales teams for operational support.
  9. Share feedback to improve processes/systems to reduce incoming queries.
  10. Prepare MIS reports and complete tasks assigned by superiors.
  11. Keep all process documents up to date.
  12. Support and assist team members in executing their tasks.
