Job Title: Customer Care Executive (BPO)Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Job Type: Full-Time About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO team as Customer Care Executives. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through phone, email, or chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure first-call resolution wherever possible. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Document all interactions and update customer records in CRM systems. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved queries to appropriate departments for timely resolution. Adhere to process guidelines, call scripts, and compliance requirements. Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred). Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability. Good listening skills with patience and empathy. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Typing speed with accuracy (for chat/email processes). QualificationsMinimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduate preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Prior BPO/customer service experience will be an added advantage. Shift & Work EnvironmentRotational shifts (Day/Night) as per process requirement. 6-day working with weekly offs.
