Customer Support Associate

Lucknow

Shift: Rotational Shifts (including weekends)

Experience: 0- 3 years in Customer Support (BPO/Voice/Chat)

Education: Under Graduate/ Graduate Both can Apply

Salary: Upto 3 Lpa(Negotiable)

About the Role:

Premium Support team

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via voice/chat/email for premium users.
Deliver top-notch support with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Meet SLAs, quality benchmarks, and customer satisfaction targets.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service quality.

Requirements:

6 Months+ of experience in a customer service role (voice/chat preferred).
Strong communication skills
both verbal and written.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts calmly.
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools and systems.
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
including weekends.
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
