Roles Responsibilities

Handle Customer Support and Client Support for assigned Manufacturing Accounts Manage Client Handling, Client Follow-up, Client Servicing and Customer Queries via calls, emails, and chat Assist in Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation Share Invoices, Challans, Dispatch Details and Receipts with clients Support Telecalling, Customer Care, Client Escalation Handling and B2B Coordination Ensure smooth Communication between Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores and Dispatch Teams

Eligibility Preferred Background

Graduate / Post-Graduate - BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc Freshers and candidates with experience in Customer Care, Client Support, Client Servicing, Back Office Operations, Telecalling Executive or Operations Support Executive can apply Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability and Customer Orientation
