Job Description

We are looking for experienced and dedicated candidates with 1 to 7 years of experience to handle international inbound calls, with a major role in answering customer orders. The ideal candidate should have a flair for customer service and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle international inbound calls from customers who want to place orders.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Work from home, 5.5 days a week, with a fixed schedule.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
Minimum 6 months of international voice experience in a reputed BPO or KPO.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in German language is an added advantage.
