Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Care Executive with 3 to 9 years of experience to handle international inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for customer service and excellent communication skills in German.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle incoming calls from customers who want to place orders and respond to inquiries.
Provide general information and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree required; any graduate can apply.
Minimum 6 months of international voice experience in a reputed BPO or KPO.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
Proficiency in German is mandatory.
Five-day working week with rotational shifts.
Work-from-home option available.
