Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Fintech

Department: Customer Support / Operations
Location: Sector 66, Gurgaon

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to support customers using our fintech products and services. This role involves resolving queries, managing customer issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions through phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Support customers with onboarding, account setup, KYC processes, and transactions.
  • Resolve queries related to payments, refunds, failed transactions, and product usage.
  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams such as Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technical Support.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in CRM and ticketing tools.
  • Guide customers on product features, updates, and secure usage practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations during every interaction.
  • Achieve targets related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Share customer insights and feedback with product and operations teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 years of customer service experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with digital payments, wallets, UPI, cards, or banking operations.
  • Experience using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
  • Multilingual skills (as applicable to the region) are an added advantage.
