Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to answer questions and provide recommendations. Record Keeping: specific details of inquiries, comments, and complaints in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and share it with the management team to help improve products and services. Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. Communication: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent written verbal communication skills. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho) is a plus. Soft Skills: Ability to stay calm under pressure, empathy, and excellent time management. Education: High school degree or equivalent; college degree preferred.
