Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Executive/ Inside Sales /Customer Support to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience, excellent communication skills in English, and be based in Noida.

Roles and Responsibility

Interact with clients via chat, WhatsApp, and operations work.
Inform clients about products and guide them through the process and costing.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Good communication skills in English.
Experience in sales and marketing or business development.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Adaptability to changing situations and priorities.
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
