Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in customer service, sales, or market research.

Roles and Responsibility

Identify contacts and set up interviews with industry sources.
Prepare detailed notes or call reports on customer interactions.
Support team members in their projects and ensure timely task completion.
Utilize strong telephone communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Work flexibly across various time zones as required.
Collaborate as a team player to achieve common goals.

Job Requirements

Experience in market research and/or sales and customer service.
Strong telephone communication skills, including written and verbal English proficiency.
Flexibility to work in different time shifts.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Any Bachelor's degree is acceptable; proficiency in Southeast Asian languages such as Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, and Vietnamese is a plus but not a key requirement.
