Customer Care to join our vibrant team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Care Associate fluent in Hindi,

Telugu and English to handle voice and non-voice customer interactions. This role requires

excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude to deliver

an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and concerns through calls, emails, and chat in Hindi, Telugu

and English.

2. Assist customers with product-related queries, order statuses, and post-purchase support.

3. Provide solutions to customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

4. Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain CRM records.

5. Offer detailed information about The Indus Valleys products, emphasizing their health

benefits and sustainability.

6. 6. Collect customer feedback and communicate it to relevant teams to improve products

and services.

7. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Qualifications:

1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi, Telugu and English (Have to be Fluent in Either

Hindi or Telugu, Both the languages are not mandatory)

2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an

ecommerce or kitchenware industry.

3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic computer operations.

4. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

Location: Perungudi, Chennai (Head Office)

Employment Type: Full-time (On-Site)

Shift: General Shift (10 AM 6 PM) (Monday to Saturday)
