Job Description: Wealth Clinic Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and result-driven Tele callers for our growing real estate sales team. The role involves lead generation, outbound calling, customer follow-ups, project explanation, and site visit scheduling for premium residential & commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-generated leads. Handle inbound inquiries and understand customer property requirements. Explain real estate projects, pricing, amenities, location benefits and investment suitability. Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits with the sales team. Maintain timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion. Update customer information in CRM with accuracy. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling & conversion targets. Skills & Requirements: Excellent communication & customer-handling skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation & follow-up abilities. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM preferred. Experience in real estate tele calling/tele sales is an added advantage.
