Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Associate located in Bengaluru. The position involves managing customer interactions, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving support inquiries, and enhancing overall customer experience. The Customer Care Associate will also be expected to provide effective communication, identify and address customer needs, and contribute to maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and a dedication to enhancing the overall experience
• Excellent Communication abilities to interact clearly and effectively with customers
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving and addressing customer concerns or queries
• Experience in Customer Service roles, showcasing a proven ability to handle grievances and deliver positive resolutions
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
