Responsibilities

PoojaKaro


The role ensures smooth communication, resolves queries, manages booking assistance, and maintains the trust and devotion that PoojaKaro stands for.


1️⃣ Customer Support & Communication

  • Respond to customer queries via

    WhatsApp, Phone, Email & Chat

    .
  • Assist users with booking Home Poojas, Online Poojas, and Temple rituals.
  • Provide clear information on puja details, samagri, timings, and priest availability.
  • Offer guidance with empathy, understanding cultural sensitivity and devotional context.


2️⃣ Booking Assistance

  • Help customers with:
  • New bookings
  • Date/time selection
  • Pooja type clarification
  • Support rescheduling and cancellations (as per PoojaKaro policy).
  • Notify customers of priest assignment and expected arrival/online session details.


3️⃣ Issue Resolution

  • Troubleshoot live-stream or technical issues for online pujas.
  • Resolve payment-related queries (payment not processed, invoice help, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the operations team for escalations and urgent issues.


4️⃣ Coordination With Priests & Operations Team

  • Ensure priests receive timely updates on bookings.
  • Follow-up to confirm:
  • Samagri readiness
  • Travel schedule for home puja
  • Live session start readiness
  • Communicate any last-minute changes to both sides.


5️⃣ Feedback & Review Management

  • Send post-pooja feedback forms.
  • Collect customer reviews and suggestions.
  • Report recurring issues to improve processes and SOPs.


6️⃣ Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate logs of every interaction.
  • Follow PoojaKaro communication guidelines and SOPs.
  • Ensure respectful, culturally sensitive, and professional communication at all times.


Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English mandatory; regional languages preferred)
  • Warm, patient, and devotional tone
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
  • Basic tech skills: CRM, WhatsApp Business, ticketing tools
  • Ability to explain rituals in simple, respectful language
  • Customer-first mindset
