Customer Care Associate (Non-Voice Process)

Job Summary:

Customer Care Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution.

Required Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
Skills Required:

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
